Hua Hin, Thailand
How two people ended up planning a destination wedding.
The Beginning
It all started with a glass of COVID.
At a wedding, just after lockdown, he was behind the camera capturing memories, and she was singing and dancing along to the celebration.
One shared cocktail, that glass of covid, sparked a quarantined conversation, laughter followed, and just like that, our story began.
The Journey
Months of long-distance calls, FaceTime marathons, and what we jokingly called "chartered flights" across continents couldn't keep us apart.
There were ups and downs, surprises, and even the occasional freezing water, but through it all, we kept choosing each other.
Every mile, every moment, every adventure brought us closer and it led us here: planning a destination wedding by the sea, ready to celebrate our love surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of the world.

Tomaree Head Summit Walk, Port Stephens.
A simple walk turned unforgettable, surrounded by breathtaking views and the quiet magic of nature.
While staying at a GHA property in Australia, one question led to the most joyful "yes", the first of many, marking the beginning of our lifetime of adventures together.
January 2026
Before our wedding day, we visited our grandfathers with our rings in hand.
Alongside our parents, we shared a quiet moment with our two 98-year-old grandfathers as they blessed them in person. A simple moment, yet one filled with warmth, smiles, and the kind of emotion that stays with you.
There is nothing more meaningful to us than the blessings of the senior-most members of our family, and this is a moment we will carry with us as we step into this next chapter together.
July 7 & 8, 2026
One year later, we're back, this time in Hua Hin, Thailand, at another GHA property, ready to say our "I Do's" and officially start this new chapter.
From a glass of COVID, to a walk at Tomaree, to a beachside celebration in another country, our story continues. Full of love, laughter, music, and memories in the making.
"I have found the one whom my soul loves."

Guest questions
No visa needed — Thailand welcomes most nationalities for up to 30 days. One small thing: fill out the TDAC (digital arrival card) within 3 days before you fly. Takes two minutes.
Fly into Suvarnabhumi (BKK) in Bangkok, then it's about 2.5–3 hours south to Hua Hin by car or bus. Private transfers, shared shuttles, or self-drive all work well. More on transport options coming soon.
July in Thailand is warm and a little humid, so think light and breezy. Worth throwing in: sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and a light rain jacket. Outfit notes for each event are up in the itinerary.
Yes, please! Thailand is well worth the trip either way, so make the most of it. You can add extra nights when booking your room — the same discounted rate applies for a few days either side of the wedding.
